Our office has received multiple calls from customers about fraudulent emails - these unsolicited emails supposedly contain information about "undeliverable" FedEx and USPS (United States Postal Service) shipments. These emails are not valid and are likely some form of scam.
DO NOT OPEN THE EMAIL OR CLICK ON THE LINK(S) WITHIN THE EMAIL.
FedEx and the USPS do NOT send unsolicited emails. Both are aware of the fraudulent emails that are occurring.
If you receive a fraudulent email that mentions the USPS, please contact the United States Postal Inspection Service at 877-876-2455.
